Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that stimulates the natural production of collagen to regenerate and repair your skin naturally and safely in an effective way to create smoother, more radiant, healthier skin with virtually no downtime. Microneedling uses a device with very fine needles that creates tiny puncture in the top layer of the skin. Each puncture creates a channel that triggers the body to fill the microscopic wounds by producing new collagen and elastin. IPL -HYPERPIGMENTATION
What it Treats
IPL uses a broad spectrum of high-intensity light pulses that target specific chromophores in the skin, such as melanin (the pigment responsible for skin color).
In the case of pigment correction, the melanin in pigmented lesions (like sunspots, age spots, freckles, or melasma) absorbs the IPL light.
The absorbed light energy is converted into heat, leading to the destruction of the melanin-containing cells (melanocytes) that contribute to the pigmented lesions. After the treatment, the body’s natural healing processes work to remove the damaged pigmented cells.
Over time, the targeted pigmented lesions will darken and eventually flake off or be absorbed by the body.
